I have purchased several pairs of these or a variation of over the past couple of years. The latest ones are slightly different in style and size but seem more padded which is good. We use them for my young adult son as extra protection at night over his pad.

We ordered these for my Dad who was struggling for comfort in pull ups. Comfort wise these were good. The shape/fit wasn’t quite right and as a result he got leakage out the side. Also don’t think they absorb as much as they say they did. Great idea for oldies who are having a few continence issues but just didn’t work for us.
