Designed for men managing heavy bladder leakage, these ultra absorbent trunks offer maximum protection while maintaining comfort, dignity, and discretion. The soft cotton elastane outer provides a familiar underwear feel, while the advanced absorbent system delivers dependable waterproof performance.
The front panel features a fast-wicking inner layer that draws moisture away from the skin, multiple absorbent microfibre layers that hold up to 300 ml, and a waterproof barrier to help prevent leaks. An integrated internal sling adds extra support and shaping, helping to keep absorbency positioned where it is needed most. Plus, the sling makes it faster to dry.
A wide elastic waistband with a plush inner finish ensures a secure and comfortable fit, while the no side seam construction helps reduce rubbing and irritation. Ideal for overnight use, long days, or situations where maximum protection is required.

A: Our underwear was designed in collaboration with an experienced UK underwear designer chosen for their expertise in fit, form, and everyday wear. The brief was clear: deliver the protection of absorbent underwear without compromising dignity, comfort, or the look of regular underwear.
Q: What is behind the name?
A: Brolly is part of Brolly Sheets, founded in 2006. We decide to drop the "Sheets" part of our name when designing products that are not sheets. Hence just using BROLLY.
